Bruce Nemovitz
Hi, I’m Bruce Nemovitz, partner of Bruce Allen Senior Real Estate Consultants. I have been a full-time agent for over 40 years and have always wanted to find meaning in what I do as well as provide a comfortable life and lifestyle for my wife, children and grandchildren. I know how hard the ups and downs of our business can be. Listings are becoming harder to obtain, but not for me in my own senior based real estate business. This business niche is based on personal contact with a handshake and a smile, not an internet algorithm! Like you, I am currently an agent working with my wife Jeanne and buyer specialist Austin Cole. I started my senior niche over 25 years ago, and never looked back. I have since helped over 3,000 families sell their homes and move to a new lifestyle. I have written two books on the subject of seniors moving from their long-time homes; one for the senior, “Moving in the Right Direction” and one for the family helping their loved one make the move, “Guiding Our Parents in the Right Direction”. With my partner Adele Lund, we have developed a training program to show you how to build a long lasting and meaningful career.
Adele Lund
Hi, I’m Adele Lund, a partner at Bruce Allen Senior Real Estate Consultants. I have had the pleasure of working with seniors and their families for over 30 years. I began my work in this field as a job, but it quickly turned into my passion. I have the pleasure of going to work each day, knowing that I’m going to touch a life in some profound way, and in turn they’re going to change mine for the better. How many people can say that!
Over the years I’ve learned many valuable lessons from my senior clients. In my early days I was prepared to tell them what they should do, why it was the right time to move, why my senior community was their best option. Thank goodness I realized pretty quickly that I learned more about my client, their story, and built credibility by asking more and telling less.
Over my 30+ year career in the senior industry I’ve been in sales, business development, community relations, sales training and public relations. I’ve developed and presented programs to senior, civic and professional audiences on a range of subjects relating to older adults and their families. I’ve written hundreds of articles, sat on professional panels, served on committees and councils, all with a purpose of sharing the wisdom I’ve gained from my clients, families and peers.

Jeanne Nemovitz
Hi I’m Jeanne Nemovitz, Transaction Coordinator for Bruce Allen Real Estate Consultants. I work with my husband Bruce and have developed our administrative aspect of the business from the time the listing is taken to the day of closing. I have a real estate license and have been actively working with our clients for the last 35 years. I love what I do because I interact with the clients who list with us and help them overcome their fears about moving from the home they love to a new lifestyle unfamiliar to them. I interact with all of our partners to make their experience enjoyable and positive. By working together as a team we maximize our efforts which in turn creates a steady stream of referrals.
Austin Cole
Hello! I'm a real estate professional focused on working with families to help with their real estate needs. Whether it's selling mom and dad's long-time home, helping a college graduate purchase their first property, or handling an estate, I can help with it all. Having grown up right here in southeastern Wisconsin, I'm very knowledgeable about the area, people, neighborhoods, and culture. With nearly a decade of experience in sales and customer service, I understand how important it is to listen to my clients and stay personally connected with them throughout the entire process. While I am extremely proficient with modern technology and social media marketing, I have not lost sight of the most important things in business and relationship building: trust, integrity, honesty, and hard work. My motto is “Put your heart into everything you do, and strive for the highest quality in all things.” My years of experience in sales and customer service have put this attitude to the test.
