What funding will I need to start my business…

After you have completed the course, very little funding will be necessary. You will need to invest in materials, and you can use what we have online and just substitute with your information. Eventually as you get established, you would want to market yourself in print, radio, and social media. Facebook would be the best way to begin spreading the word. But when starting, focus on meeting new sources as described in the sections. Have handouts ready to leave such as our books, your folders and inserts.


Do I need to be a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) to market my new senior based business….

This is not a requirement, but we would suggest you get that designation to establish yourself as the expert in this niche. You can then add their logo to all materials, as well as furthering your education and knowledge in the industry.


Can we re-order the two books
, “Moving in the Right Direction” and Guiding Our Parents in the Right Direction”, at a discounted price?

Yes. Once you have purchase our program, you will be able to re-order the books at a discounted rate, and if you decide to order in bulk, there is a greater discount…see website for pricing. We urge you to hand these books out on listing appointments, to senior community sales directors and to all who attend your seminars. Make sure to put your sticker on the cover!


How long will it take for me to see results?

This depends on how much effort you put in your new senior business niche. We believe if you follow our steps, or bricks, you will see success almost immediately. It will be gradual, and you should continue to market your current clients, but every action you take will build on all other actions to provide a solid source of referrals and commissions.


Can I have one on one coaching?

When you purchase this program you will receive all updates as to services we will develop as we move forward. There are webinars as stated on the initial purchase, but we will take each request individually and let you know and when coaching will be available.


What if there is another graduate of this course in my market area, will I be encroaching on another agent…will there be a conflict with more than one agent in a given market?

There are so many ways to achieve your goal as the senior market expert. Yes, you may come into contact with another agent who has already visited with a certain community, but there are so many sources of referrals as well as holding your own senior seminars. There is more than enough business to go around. The agent who provides the best service will be the agent they choose.. make sure that is you!


Should I start out with a transaction coordinator and buyer specialist?

If you are already established, and your income allows for the overhead, we suggest doing that as soon as possible. You want all paperwork and transaction processes handled by an assistant so you can do the important work of meeting with the sources of referrals as laid out in our program. Once you are established and receiving a steady stream of referrals, it is time to think about a buyer specialist and assistant. You should meet with your accountant to help you decide when it is time to expand your overhead.


What if I don’t like public speaking…can I still succeed?

We know that public speaking is a learned art, and can be highly stressful if you haven’t done that in the past. We suggest signing up for toastmasters, or other groups that consist of others who want to become speakers. If you feel you just can’t give a presentation, partner up with another agent who does feel comfortable to speak in front of groups. You will have other strengths they may not possess. Eventually, you can learn the art of public speaking as you gain more confidence. Don’t let this stop you!


Are their any additional fees?

No, there are no additional fees to the course. Once you purchase you have lifetime access to the course you purchased, and can access it at any time on any device.

How long does this course take? Is it Timed?

This course is completely self - paced and you complete it in your own time. Each course has actionable steps designed to help you implement your new knowledge directly into your business.
